Guarantee

All Jet Tec Cartridges are fully guaranteed against defects due to faulty manufacture, materials or workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase within 21 days from the date of your order for a full refund.

At Opal Inkjets, we don't expect you to be any less than completely satisfied with our service. Returns and Refunds

If your product develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange it or if you prefer, refund your money. This does NOT applt to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the product. When you receive your order, please inspect your good carefully as incorrectly ordered product cannot be returned if the box or seal has been opened. Opal Jets cannot promise that any cartridges sold by them will last for a pre-determined amount of time or page length and will therefore not accept returns for this reason. Any refunds will be made by the same method of payment. Any goods returned using our recycling envelopes will be accepted into our recycling scheme and as such are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
